Yep, I do know it's been a while and it would have been longer but a set of twin girls, who will remain nameless (*cough-Molly and Libby-cough*), have "tagged" me and I am now to tell everyone through a xanga entry about 5 of my "wierdest habits"! So......Here we go....

Libby and Molly tagged me!

The Rules
The first player of this game starts with the topic "My Five Weird Habits" and people who get tagged have to write a Xanga entry about their 5 weird habits, as well as set the rules clearly.  At the end, you need to choose the next 5 people to be tagged and list them in your entry.  Don't forget to leave them comments to tell them you tagged them and to read your site to see the details.

First off, I would like to inform all who are reading this that I do not believe in the term "wierd". Some of these quirks help to define you and set you apart from other individuals. I prefere the term unique ; )

                       1) I frequently brush my teeth while taking a shower to save time as I am ALWAYS am running really late. I didn't think that this was too abnormal, However, I have been told it actually is.

                       2) If you know me at all I frequently use the term "Yes  Huh" at least ten times a day. I started saying it to annoy my parents when I was about 7 and was never able to shake it, I'm now almost 20!

                       3) I am not able to sing just for fun. Because I have been in voice lessons and choir for the entirety of my young life constantly working on improving my diction and pronunciation I am unnable to try and sing badly. Honestly this annoys me because sometimes I want to sing just to sing and my friends say that I still sound like I'm trying.

                        4) Many times I will have a dream, believe it to be reality, and tell others, who are in them, what happened trying to convience them that it was real. I usually recieve blank faces and confused expressions. I actually have gotten very upset at some friends because they tell me that events never occured and I will argue right back and say they certainly did.

5)Well I talk to myself. I actually don't just "talk" I reherse conversations that I know I'm going to have with certain individuals that I just haven't had yet. I have met one other girl that also does this so I know I'm not the only one.

- Well Honestly, I don't believe these small quirks to be all that bad so I must be a pretty normal person right? J/K I know I'm pretty random and have been called crazy by alot of people that I have come into contact with. I would just like to point out that I have never denied being crazy and accept it as just a part of what makes me who I am ; )!

Oh and Libby, I do the same thing with Nutter Butters and you ROCK  for it. I love all of you, quirks and all, and hope you never loose your individuality. Lots of Love and God Blesses!

Well hello to all tonight! I hope that everyone had a great weekend and to those of you crazy public school kids I hope you continue to enjoy yours! I would just like to take this opportunity to thank the Kimsey family for being so gracious in opening your home to all of us that attended the "party" last night! It was a great time of fellowship and I’m sorry if you missed It!

I know that God will never give you more than you can handle but I was really struggling to accept all the He had planned for me this week! In fact, I had decided to somewhat take a break from anything and anyone involving church altogether for a while. I felt so overwhelmed and underappreciated, I had lost sight of what God wanted for me and was more concerned with my own ideas and plans for my life. Even though I tend to stray It helps me to know that God is here and will ALWAYS remain right ny my side. "No matter the storms that come my way, No matter the trials I may face, You’ve promised that you will see me through, and I will trust in you": this is a song that God placed in my head and heart this week to remind me that He is in control, He is in charge, and He knows the plans that He had for me even before I existed.

Trials and tribulations make you stronger for they prepare you for greater things still to come. I found out Saturday that God is sending me back to Africa in May for another short term mission trip! I am putting together a team of 10 to go with me to Swaziland located in South Africa and I would love you to contact me if you’re interested in more information. Please pray for me and my team as God prepares us for His mission! God Blesses

*You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

-Matthew 5:14-16

*He said to them, "go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature."

-Mark 16:15

There are no words to describe what I experienced! The feeling of being exactly where God wants you exactly when He wants you there-It'll leave you speechless!!!

Wow! Ummmmmmmmm sorry it's been a while kids! That's my new thing - refering to everyone as "kids"! Let me know if you're in any way offended it's just habit! So ne'ways I started the new Job at Nextel and I love it! The people are so nice and welcoming! I love working in a Christian environment for a change it's so encouraging! Lets see......What all has happened since my last post? hmmmmmm....... Well Sunday night was awesome as you may have already read on other people's sites that were there. The highlight of the evening was when we all gathered in a cicle in the living room singing praise songs while Caleb played. It was a very moving spiritual experience for all there. A time to lift up all the trials and drama taking place in our lives and replace them with the pure knowledge that we are loved! Loved by God! Wow! That's a Big deal to know and understand a love that can overcome all circumstances and see past any "short-comings" on our part, not His-He's Perfect!!!

Wednesday Night The FBC choir and Orchestra practiced for the Big September 11th Memorial service (Come if you can it's going to be an awe-inspiring experience, a very moving time of worship with members of your church family)! Oh and Dana(good friend of mine from choir who is also the director of the children's choirs) is about 5 months pregnant with her first child and finds out the sex of the baby this Saturday! She wants a girl so bad but I just have a feeling it's gonna be a baby boy! Awwwwwwww I'm so excited we so need a new baby around-Fun times! I love her sooooo much! Her kind nature, great personality, and close walk with the Lord even though she's a newer believer makes her such an encouragement for me to witness!

I'm not even going to mention Thursday night because thanks to a certain someone-Beth- everyone probably already knows about that certain incident at Borders-Yikes it was bad!-that's what I looked like!Ha! I think Libby and Molly were laughing so hard that they weren't even breathing!

This Weekend: Friday night: I feel bad for playing hookie today so I'm spending the time Studying! I also have been slacking on my "God-Time" lately so I'm also gonna have alot of extra prayer and devotion time!

Saturday: WORKING ALL DAY( 9am-6pm) Ugh It's gonna be a along one! Then spending some time with Britt and spendin the night-We are such dorks-we want to do eachother's hair Sunday Morning!lol!

Sunday: Memorial Service, Lunch at the church, Movie Night-WooHoo!!!

Luv and Hugs to all! God's peace be with your spirit!

Well I finnaly got the call back from Nextell to begin working next week so YAY!!!!!! Thank you so much to all who kept telling me to "hang in there" and "keep a positive attitude"! It has been 5 weeks since my last official "work day" at Rockfords and I am so ready to begin a new with Nextell (which happens to be a Christian environment). Not that I didn't feel God using me at my previous jobs especially Rockfords Bar and Grill as most of you remember and know the circumstances. I don't know exactly which Nextell store I will be at, as there are literally dozens around here, but wherever I end up I know that I am joining a team of individuals who will respect me as a fellow sister in Christ and I could not be more thrilled/relieved. A special thanks to Wayne, Colby, Johnathon, Brittney, and Tiffany (the other Tiffany) for recommending me and sticking with me no matter how annoying I tended to get in my immpatience.

I'm sorry if I haven't been myself lately. I was re-reminded again today that We should continue to faithfull and obedient through good times and especially bad. It is in our human nature to easily praise God and thank Him for His many blessings upon our lives when everything seems to be going our way. However, I don't know about ya'll but when things get tough I tend to not be able to fully see God's everlasting love for me. Remember that our God also uses those times of trials and hardships to make us stronger in the long run and bring us closer to Him. That is the kind of faith that I am striving to achieve!

Just a random note that my Best Friend Kelli Parker reminded me of yesterday: If you are able to you should really think about donating your blood. I am so proud Kelli!! She overcame her fear yesterday and went to give. With the current war in Iraq and disaster of Katrina it would be an awesome way to contribute to a good cause. Remember that 1 pint of blood can save up to three lives. It's really not that bad and I'll hold your hand If you'd like me to!!Lots of Luv!! Good bye, Hope that everyone has a great 3-day weekend, and God Blesses always!
